It gives us great delight as the new proprietors to announce that Gary Hodges will be holding an exhibition of his works at the gallery on Sunday 15th July, 12 – 4pm. To coincide with this he will release his new Snow Leopard print/canvas named 'Soul Mates' (unfinished preview above)
The tonal range will be richer as the softer pencils have yet to be applied.
The edition size of a print will be 850 + 85 artist proofs Image size is 87.5cm x 17cm. Priced at £130.00 (unframed)
Gary is also releasing a canvas with an edition size of 100 + 10 artist proofs Image size is 135cm x 28.5cm. Priced at £280.00
We are also very pleased to announce that Virginia McKenna, co-founder and trustee of the Born Free Foundation and actress will also be attending.
We will be raising funds for the Born Free Foundation and will therefore be charging a small entrance fee of £5.00 per person.
This will include a ticket for a chance to win a framed print.
Gary or Virginia may counter sign your prints, which will incur a fee per signature, this will also be donated to this very worthy cause.
A raffle will take place on the day and drinks and nibbles will be provided.
